The Young World Federalists run three interconnected programs: local chapters that organize events in their communities, the Gloki civic technology platform, and online communities where members connect between events.
Chapters
YWF organizes locally in two ways. Community chapters operate in cities outside the United States. World Citizen Clubs are our US presence, organizing at the school and university level in partnership with the World Service Authority and Citizens for Global Solutions. Both adapt global issues to local contexts and build support for democratic global governance from the ground up.

Bhubaneswar, India – The Global Federal League, YWF's associate chapter in India, engages students in model world parliament simulations and events on global governance.

Kaduna, Nigeria – Home of the Kaduna Declaration, a signed governance document calling for UN Charter reform, climate justice financing, and youth inclusion in peacebuilding.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The YWF Malaysia chapter runs the One World Project, a series of visits to diverse religious and cultural communities to build grassroots support for global unity.

Lagos, Nigeria – Public events and youth engagement on global governance and climate action.

Lilongwe, Malawi – Community workshops connecting local priorities to transnational governance.

Nairobi, Kenya – Workshops on climate governance, global citizenship, and East African regional integration.

United States: World Citizen Clubs
In the US, our chapters take the form of World Citizen Clubs, a school and university-based program co-sponsored by YWF, the World Service Authority, and Citizens for Global Solutions. Clubs give American students a way to advocate for world citizenship, human rights, peace, and global governance on their own campus.
Club founders receive a start-up guide, a sample constitution, brochures, and ongoing support from the three sponsoring organizations. Activities range from speaker events and documentary screenings to cultural celebrations, refugee solidarity drives, and participation in the "I am a World Citizen" campaign.

Book Club
The YWF Book Club is a monthly reading group open to anyone serious about the theory and history of world federalism. Each month, participants read a selected text on federalism, global governance, or democratic theory and gather to discuss its ideas and their relevance to the movement.
Sessions are hosted on Zoom, with readings and meeting links shared through a dedicated channel in the YWF Discord community. Everyone is welcome.

Gloki
Gloki is a civic technology platform that gives people a practical way to deliberate on global problems, draft proposals together, and vote on what should happen next.
What Gloki does

Verified participation: one person, one vote, in a bot-free space.

Multilingual co-authoring: draft and merge proposals with others, in your language.

Open expert review: NGOs, researchers, and communities review proposals publicly.

Secure voting: verified people vote once each, with recorded and auditable results.

Mandate to action: approved decisions carry a mandate that campaigns and officials can use.
Gloki is currently in prototype development and testing with YWF members. Its first major pilot will bring young people across four African countries together to co-create climate governance priorities through the platform.
