The Young World Federalists and the YWF Associate Chapter in India, the Global Federal League, organize an essay contest every month on various themes which are relevant to the cause of a world federation. 

March 2022: Feminism

In commemoration of International Women's Day on March 8th, the theme of this month's essay contest is centered around feminism.

What is your idea of feminism? 

Word limit: 250 - 400 words

The sociopolitics and economics of gender equality in sports. 

Word limit: 400 - 500 words

School Graduates (College and beyond)

Can feminism be a global phenomenon? Has/how much has globalization affected feminism?

Word limit: 650 - 700 words

Participation certificate for all entries

Certificate of Merit for shortlisted entries.

Best entries get published on the YWF blog.

All entries are to be submitted by 11:59 PM, 24th March 2022 through the submit button below.

High school participants are required to provide references for the facts and statistics they quote.

School graduates (college and beyond) are required to provide APA citations.

Please include your calculated plagiarism rate, name, email, and phone number with your essays.

Entries may be disqualified if they don't adhere to the guidelines.
